Welcome to CarrotTracker (referred to as “CarrotTracker”, “Carrots”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our software, dashboard, reports, insights, and associated services (collectively, the “Service”). By using Carrots, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Account and Access

To use Carrots, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.

2. Early Access and Beta Features

You may be invited to use early access or beta versions of our software. These versions may contain bugs or incomplete features. Feedback is encouraged but optional. We reserve the right to modify or remove any feature at any time.

3. Data Use and Privacy

By using Carrots, you allow us to process and store training data, including but not limited to heart rate, speed, and performance metrics.

  • Confidentiality: We do not share identifiable training data or login credentials with any third party.

  • Benchmarking: Aggregated, de-identified data may be used to improve our algorithms

  • For more detail, see our personal NDA’s that you would have received upon beginning our service.

4. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of any data you upload or provide access to (e.g., via E-Trakka login). We simply process this data to deliver performance insights.
We do not claim any rights over your horses, training strategies, or schedules

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, copy, or resell our software

  • Introduce malware or attempt unauthorised access

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time.

7. Liability Disclaimer

Carrots provides performance feedback based on science and data modelling, but we do not make guarantees about race-day outcomes or injury prevention. Use the insights at your own discretion. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on our service.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or on our website. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
